East Jefferson, Seagon

East Jefferson is a mostly residental neighbourhood located in south-east Seagon, as of June 8, 2013, it had a population of roughly 11 people. The neighbourhood is bordered to Seville in the North, and West Jefferson in the west. The neighbourhood has situated shops around the main roads, and a high-wealth Suburban Development located in south-East Jefferson called the Coral Grove. The neighbourhood is based of Long Beach, California.

- HISTORY -

East Jefferson was established in 1910 after suburban developments happend in the city. In 1913, the authority had already reached the beach with the development. The neighbourhood, unlike its brother in the west, were a middle-class working neighbourhood, having one of the highest income per person rates in South Seagon. Today, the South-section of East Jefferson is a high-class suburban development, while the Northern-section is low to middle class.

- POLICE DEPARTMENT -
The neighbourhood doesnt have any police district, and is served by the West Jefferson police district.

- FIRE DEPARTMENT -
East Jefferson has its own fire station, being situated at 153 Cypress St. All the sorrounding neighbourhoods is served by the station.

- MEDICAL DEPARTMENT -
The neighbourhood is served by the West Jefferson Medical Center.
