Dwayneson, Seagon

Dwayneson is a residental district in the south-central part of Seagon City. Dwayneson has a population of 61 as of Feb 23, 2013, being one of the most populated district in Seagon. Dwayneson is the oldest neighbourhood in the city of Seagon, established in 1905, in which most of the houses that is today, is however from the late-1950's early 60's after a large fire that happend in Dwayneson in 1931. The demographics for the neighbourhood is 90% Black, 9% white and 1% others. The neighbourhood borders to Aynewood in the north, Jefferson in the east, and the ocean in the south. Dwayneson hosts the famous beach of South Beach. Many famous landmarks in the town is also the Seagon Towers and Dwayneson Park Dwayneson is made up of 3 parts, South Dwayneson, East Dwayneson and West Dwayneson. In which South Dwayneson is the most succesful.

Dwayneson is served by the Seagon County Police Department, having a small police department at I-1. Dwayneson is also served by the state police and sheriff.

Like its neighbours, Dwayneson is a flat suburb placed near the Seagon Bay. Dwayneson has a mostly hot and dry climate, but unlike Jefferson, it has a fully working water supply system. Dwayneson is also the homeplace of Cools Records, hosting many famous rappers. Dwayneson has no housing projects, unlike Jefferson and Aynewood.

Before Feb 2013, Dwayneson was controlled by the South Central Seagon Bloods all since the early 1980s. In middle February 2013, The bloods split into 3 different sets with different leaders as the leader of the Bloods, Eric_Lynn_Wright known on the street as Eazy E, was shot and killed in a shootout in a apartment in West Aynewood. Dwayneson is currently in effect of the East Dwayneson Bloods, The West Dwayneson Bloods and the Beach Road Bloods. Dwayneson suffers from heavy grief damages in a few areas.

The neighbourhood is based of the real-life LA district of Watts while the lower area near the beach is based of Manhattan Beach. The city has a flood control system going through the neighbourhood.
