The area exists of several middle-class homes and trailers in Old Town, while the Richson district is more upper class. The town is divided into two by the Scott Valley River, on the north-side, Old Town and on the southside of Richson. The town isn't based of any particular town or city in real life California, but Old Town has inspiration on some kind of runned-down redneck towns.

- HISTORY -
Scott Valley was established at the turn of the 20th century, after several people flew from Seagon because of high-crime. The first settlers placed theyre farms around in the area, before the 1920's, when a official street grid was placed, and several shops started to pop up around what is now California 1. The first bussiness to come was the shop now known as Marty & Steven Auto & Car Parts shop, which was established in 1921, right after, several pawn & Hunting shops came to the area. In 1924, the city recieved coverage from the Hills County Sheriff. After 1921, people started to develop trailer homes in the areas, as they were alot cheaper to build, and could pack as many people as a standard home. During the 1930's, the town started to decline, after loss of government funding that went on developing the new roads and homes in the city of Seagon, Scott Valley had loaned away most of theyre money. The town became a ghost town, loosing more than 60% of its population, before in 1961, The funding started to be well again, and people flood to the town. There was built numerous trailers, and the building of the Scott Valley mall started.

But later, in 1972, the town started to decline again, as the life standard decreased because of the dense population, the town only had low-wealthed residents, the road funding was poor, so was the shop funds and income. The town suffered its worst decline ever since the 1930s, and the decline would even be visible today. Most of the shops in the area got abandoned, leaving a few shops open. During the 1980's, the department of city planning had enough. They removed most of the mountain areal around Scott Valley, and started to put down numerous of roads. The new neighbourhood of Richson, was supposed to be a high-class neighbourhood seperate from Scott Valley, but still a part of it. The new neighbourhood grew and became a extremely wealthy neighbourhood, lowering the focus even more on original Scott Valley, in which now had been renamed "Old Town". However, during the 1990's, a man named John P. Winsbuilt, saw potensial in Old Town, and started to fill out deeds on the area, and soon started to build middle-class homes in the neighbourhood, that would raise the overall life expectancy and quality of life. By 1995, more than 70% of the town had been replaced with middle-class homes, with senior wealthy residents. He also started to plant palms in the area, to make the land value raise. Today, however the neighbourhood of Old Town, is a alright neighbourhood to live in, but still has a low-amount of road maintenance of what is average in California.
