Seagon City, California

Seagon City is a fictional city situated on the coast of middle-California, USA. The city is a parody and is based of the greater region of Los Angeles. As of May 21, 2013 Seagon City had a population of 316, being the the largest and most populous city to ever exist in JapseCraft. Seagon City is 2,7 kilometers in circumference and 518,726 blocks in areal. Seagon exists of six neighbourhoods, West Jefferson, East Jefferson, Dwayneson, Aynewood, Seville and Parkson. Seagon City was established OOCly in November 2012.

HISTORY
In 1896, A bunch of white europeans started to settle in the area around Seagon, it was a very special place for growing since the city was of a mixed climate, in the east it was a dry desert while in the far west it was tropical hot and wet. In 1899 the city was established as Port Seagon, mainly a boat port for exports, alot of food was produced in the area all until the early 1940s. In 1910 alot of extensions happend to the city, and the neighbourhoods of Jefferson, and West Aynewood was established. Later on in 1912, the neighbourhoods of East Jefferson and East Aynewood was under Construction. In 1913, Seville and Parkson was established. In the 1940's, Seagon City became a major hub for the music industry in USA, being the birthplace of Smooth Jazz, R&B and Gangsta Rap music.

Since the early 1970's, Seagon has been a huge import-port for drugs and criminals, having the crime-rate tripled from 1971 to 1972, it has a gang population of a estimated 205 persons. In 1988, the weaker police department was wiped out and replaced with a stronger leading police department, with currently 35 police officers.

CRIME
Seagon has one of the highest crime rates in California, also with 60% of the population below the poverty line especially in Dwayneson in which it is below 70%. The city is controlled by many gangs formerly Seagon Hustlers, owning huge parts of Jefferson, The Eight Tray crips owning parts of West Aynewood, and the bloods sets owning whole Dwayneson, the murder rate in 2007 was 5 each day.

TRANSPORTATION
The citys main commute is via US 1, South Central Highway (US1) going straight through Jefferson West/East, Dwayneson, East & West Aynewood, and Seville. Also the Interstate 2-thruway Jefferson Bridge, US 3 Center Highway goes through the neighbourhoods of East Aynewood and Seville . The city is also Connected in the South With the Jefferson bridge. There has also been seen signs of School buses in the Aynewood areas.

POLICE
The city is served by the Seagon City Police and County Police. But also the sheriff is in huge parts of the community. And the city is served by JapseCraft's most powerful and largest police Department, With 35 sworn police officers.
