Mott Haven is a residental neighbourhood located in the South-section of The Bronx, New York. It is based of the real life neighbourhood of the same name. Mott Haven is served by the buses BX32 and BX33. The population in Mott Haven as of March 19, 1982 was 234. The local subway line is IRT Pelham Line 6.

Mott Haven is a high density neighbourhood, with its 249 people living on roughly one square mile, compared to its real life with 50,000. The neighbourhoods population is made up of atleast one-third latin americans, while around 60% is black, and the rest is white.

Mott Haven is dominated by tenement style buildings and large public housing projects. The terrain is surprisingly flat across the whole neighbourhood.
