Server Roleplay Rules

The rules of our server is based of the roleplay scripts featured in SA:MP and MTA multiplayer mods for GTA SA. If you ever have played on a high-standard roleplay server in one of these multiplayer options, you should know most of the rules here.
--- Admin Disturbing Rules ---
1. Do not disturb a admin if he is busy.
2. Dont whine if a admin don't respond to you.
3. Admins respect you the exact same amount you respect them.

GENERAL
1. Roleplay at all times except for when doing jobs such as mining or just walking around.
2. Killing people also has to be roleplayed, you can not kill people with your sword manually. If you are going to kill somebody, you need a reason ingame aswell as roleplaying it fully with a /me
3. No Revenge Killing, you can not go back and kill your killer, if you have been killed. You forget ingame who killed you.
4. Only english in roleplay
5. Do not disrespect others or insult others in OOC chat.
6. Do NOT roleplay meanwhile you are in Admin Jail, meaning a admin jailed you OOC, but you can roleplay if you got jailed by a cop.
7. Do NOT metagame or powergame.
- Metagaming means mixing OOC information with IC information, such as for example:
George: Hey
Joe: Hey George
George: How do you know my name?
Joe: Its written with white text above your head.
( METAGAMING )
- Powergaming means unrealistic roleplay, or making up IC situations to benefit your character without roleplaying the negative effects.
EXAMPLE:
* George starts to hover with his alien spaceship and goes to Mars
Another example, as making up a IC situations is:
The cars windows would be tinted, just because a crime happens inside, when in reality it is not tinted at all.
Powergaming also means not giving a player time to react to your roleplay, and rather rushing the /me like a race.
8. Before doing a major roleplay such as bank robs, ask the owner first.
9. No healing during fights.
10. Do never ever quit the server to avoid roleplay, for example Quitting if you get caught by cops.
11. Dont provoke people to for example chase you.
- EXAMPLE:
Josh: I ROBBED A BANK AND SWAT COME CHASE ME HAHA
12. No Item-transferring between your characters.
13. When taking out something in roleplay, you have to use /me for example:
* Josh grabs out a knife from his backpocket
* Peter puts the key in the door, locking it.
However you don't have to roleplay opening doors.
14. Use grammar when roleplaying.
15. No OOC whining, whiners will be muted.
16. No OOC threatening
17. Don't teleport away during chases. You have to wait until the chase has stopped before you can log or teleport.
18. Do not chop the palm trees, or any other tree inside the cities.
19. Don't act unrealistic in your IC.
20. No animal roleplay
21. Only admins are allowed to void roleplay.
22. No OOC racism
23. No OOC lying
FACTION RULES
1. No not claim any territory
2. Dont make unrealistic factions, if you want to make a faction, it has to be either a gang or a organization, for example The Italian Mafia as a gang example. Or Downtown Cab Co. as a taxi company.
3. You have to ask a admin before making a faction.
Bussiness/Shops
1. Ask a admin first if you want to make a shop.
2. The shop has to be realistic
Building Rules
1. Think realism first of everything!
2. Unrealistic creations will be permanentely removed.
3. Dont build below water or in the air, Only on ground and up or down.
Sexual Roleplay
1. No pedophile roleplaying
2. To do a rape, all the parts of the rape has to accept OOCly for it to happen.
Terrorism
1. No terrorism roleplay
Theft/Robbing/Stealing Rules
1. In order to do a robbery, there has to be two on-duty officers online
2. For a bank or factory robbery, there has to be 5 on-duty officers and a a admin to follow the roleplay at all times.
3. Do not steal people's cars, OOC or IC. Its disrespectful and alot of paperwork.
Brawl Rules
1. A brawl is a fight between a gang of people but a fight where no roleplay is needed, and you can attack just using your fists or swords, however there are rules for such.
2. No guns are allowed in brawls
3. No enchanted swords
4. To do a brawl, all the people in the fighting group has to accept.
