James Brook Projects is a 30 unit housing-project in Aynewood, Seagon. The James Brook Projects exists of currently six apartment buildings built in a time period from 1942-1946. The apartment projects is the birthplace of many famous and known street gangs, to name, some are the Eight Tray Crips thats currently operating, but others is also Seagon Bloods, 18th St Blocc Killaz and the Aynewood Blacks.

Now after some time with discussion, we at the head of HACOS ( Housing Authority in the City of Seagon ) have come up with a project to extend the current James Brook Projects with two parts, the first being:

PART 1

Six new apartment buildings ( 36 units ) north of the current apartments, with a new and refreshed water supply system and working TVs in all apartments. The apartments will be free and open for anyone, parking space for vehicles is also avaible. But not also will there be new apartment buildings, the current apartment buildings will be rehabilitated and fixed to a max cost of 150$ each, tax free.

PART 2
Four new apartment buildings ( 24 units ) west of the current apartments, including a major parking lot, a possible basketball lot, and new water supply.

In total to the new project, there will be 10 new apartment buildings ( 54 Room units ), meaning a Seagon population grow of almost 25%. Also the new water system will supply 2 gallon each day per unit, in comparision to the old's 0,5 gallon.

New Power Supply

Before, Aynewood was served with 1900 Watt power each day, meaning 190 W for each household, which is less than 2/5 of what a normal household in Seagon has. Meaning as we get new apartment buildings here, and if we had the current standard, we would need 3800 Watt, but instead of keeping the same low, we will supply 300 W for each household in the apartments, meaning 6000 Watt in total in the neighbourhood, in comparision to Dwayneson and Jefferson with both 10,000 Watt, its nothing. But our size is atleast twice as small...

COMPLETION LIST

- New 2-gallon ea. Household Water Supply.
- 10 New Apartment households
- New 6000 Watt Power Supply.
- Rehabilitated Homes

STATS AFTER COMPLETITION:
Rooms: 32
Room Units: 96
Apartment Buildings: 16

This project will cost 199,958$ for the state to accomplish.

Thank you, Housing Authority in the City of Seagon
