Aynewood is a large suburban neighbourhood situated in south-central Seagon, bordered to the Walmart in the west, Forest in the North and to Seville in the west, and also bordering to Dwayneson in the South. Aynewood exists of two parts, East and West. Aynewood has a estimated population of rougly 30 people as of February 2013 and already 186 as of June 7 2013. West Aynewood hosts the location of the notorious James Brook Projects, a well-known housing project from which many street gangs has formed theyre names from.

Aynewood was established in 1910 after suburban developments happend in Seagon, at first there were many low-rise houses, before the James Brook Projects was built in the 1940's, replacing 100% of all suburban development in the neighbourhood by then, and also lowered the age rate of many people. The demographics of Aynewood is 89% Black, 10% White and 1% Others. Aynewood is based on the neighbourhoods of Watts and Inglewood, Los Angeles. In late-march to early-may 2013, there happend a huge population boom, making more than 80 People move to the neighbourhood as of April 4, 2013. It responded to a Whole New Block of Suburban housing and a small quarter at the side of the James Brook Projects. Aynewood is the fastest growing neighbourhood as of April 13.

- POPULATION -
Aynewood is the largest neighbourhood in Seagon, and is also the highest populated, With 186 as of April 13, 2013, on rougly 1 square kilometers land. East Aynewood has a population of 124 itself as of June 7 2013.

- LAW ENFORCEMENT -
Aynewood has no police district, but is served by the Seagon County Police Department and the state Sheriff.


- SORROUNDINGS -
Both the Aynewood East and West are flat neighbourhoods with a dry hot climate, hot summers and mild winters. It is the only neighbourhood with a relatively same temperature and climate in the whole neighbourhood. East Aynewood is a flat suburb, With shops across the Whole strip and a Burger King into the neighbourhood, and the Aynewood Graveyard is also located within Aynewood East.


- SHOPS AND BUSSINESS -
Aynewood hosts a large part of the shop industry in South Central, many shops being 7-Eleven, a couple of diners, and the Aynewood Library, Teddy's BBQ & Grill and Burger King. It has also the longest strip among the South Central Highway area.

- HOSPITAL -
Aynewood has no medical service, meaning it is served by the Jefferson medical center.

- CRIME -
West Aynewood is owned by the Eight Tray Crips, and has been owned by them since the late 1970s. Aynewood is also the born place of the Seagon Bloods, West 20th Killaz and the Fifth Street Crips. In Aynewood in which a population of 186, there is a estimated 120 gangmembers. The east-side of the neighbourhood is dominated by the Ferencia 13 mexican street gang, controlling all the area east of the flood Control until Eastside. There is a estimated 50 gang members of the F13. The crime in the neighbourhood, especially in East Aynewood, has increased dramatically as result of the New Suburban immigrants, With a estimated 50% in increase since March 5.

- THE JAMES BROOK PROJECTS -
- The projects in the early 2000's, when it had red roofs.

The James Brook Projects is a public-housing project in Aynewood, Seagon. It consists of ten apartment buildings with townhouse style units with 3 bedroom rooms. The complex is owned by the Housing Authority of Seagon HAOS. The projects was built by the Federal Government in the mid-1940's. The project is named after James Brook, the founder of Seagon. In late February 2012 there was planned a extension for the homes, for the six already existing apartments. There lives 54 people at the apartments, in which there are 13 families.

- INFLUENCES -

- SIZE -
Aynewood is the biggest neighbourhood, divided into Two parts ( East and West Aynewood ) on July 15, 1912. Aynewood is currently 1,1 square kilometers large

- UNITING -
In 1912, the neighbourhood was divided into two after the flood control's establishment. Unlike East & West Jefferson, the two counterparts of Aynewood became one seperate neighbourhood after a debate in 1933. Before 1933, Aynewood was divided into East and West as seperate neighbourhoods, but after recent discussions, the neighbourhood was United together. Mainly because it's residents' low-class was in a huge degree represented in the Whole neighbourhood. Unlike Jefferson's poor West-side, and less-poorer East.


- POPULATION BOOM EFFECTS -
After the population booms that occured in the late March, including April 10-now, attracts medium-class residents into the neighbourhood, meaning the average life-quality has increased, aswell as the poverty is lower. Before the establishment of the East Aynewood District, 75% of the population in the neighbourhood was below the poverty line, or had no jobs. As of April 16, The unemployment rate is 52% in the Whole neighbourhood, and is 21% in East Aynewood, being the lowest in the city.

However, the crime has increased dramatically, With more than 2 burglaries per day rate in the neighbourhood. As of April 15, 2013, just that day, The Walmart was attempted robbed by a East Aynewood resident, aswell as two houses was robbed from value.
